1. Crop your base.



2. Duplicate your base twice and set both layers on Screen, opacity 100%. (It depends on your icon)



3. Create a new Selective Color Layer (Layer>New Adjustment Layer>Selective Color):

Reds:
-68; 0; 0; 0
Yellow:
-36; 0; 0; 0
Neutrals:
+43; -4; -24; 0



4. Create a new Selective Color Layer (Layer>New Adjustment Layer>Selective Color):

Neutrals:
+100; +24; +10; -37



5. Create a new Brightness/Contrast Layer (Layer>New Adjustment Layer>Brightness/Contrast), opacity 72%:

Brightness: -21 Contrast: -1



6. Stamp Visible (Ctrl+Alt+E). Use Variations on this layer (Image>Adjustments>Variations...), click on More Cyan. Set the layer opacity on 36%.



7. Flatten Image and Sharpen it. Fade Sharpen (Edit>Fade Sharpen) 30%.



8. Optional layer: add this texture and set it on Screen 11%.
